Our research activities have consistently been rated as 'excellent' and we are currently one of only a few departments to have been awarded a 6* rating.
The School hosts an exciting range of Human and Physical Geography seminars.
We also participate in the WUN Horizons in Earth Systems Science Seminars and during 2010/11 will be hosting an ESRC Research Seminar Series on the topic of Feminism and Futurity: New Times, New Spaces.
