Present appointment

Professor of Glaciology in the School of Geographical Sciences, University of Bristol.

Co-director of the Centre for Polar Observation and Modelling (CPOM), which is a NERC-funded Earth Observation Centre of Excellence. CPOM research aims to understand processes in the Earth's polar latitudes that may affect the Earth's albedo, polar atmosphere and ocean circulation, and global sea level.
